Social Media Usage:
You agree to allow Highland Medical Aesthetics to use your photos, videos, and treatment results for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), websites, and marketing materials.Follow-Up Appointments:
As part of the modeling agreement, you commit to attending all required follow-up appointments at the times specified by our team.Treatment at Provider’s Discretion:
All treatments will be conducted at the discretion of the provider, who will determine the best course of treatment for you based on your aesthetic goals and medical considerations.Model Fee:
Models are responsible for covering a fee to the clinic, which will be a percentage of the actual treatment price. The exact fee will be communicated to you upon acceptance into the model program.Availability:
You agree to be available for treatments and follow-up appointments at times specified by the clinic. Scheduling flexibility is a requirement of this model program.
